An intact environment is an important requirement if future generations are to have a future worth living in. Irreparable environmental harm and serious economical damage result from the pure striving for profit and a lack of environmental awareness. That's why environmentally conscious action is an outstanding element of the corporate policy at TRIES.
At the same time we are well aware of our social responsibility towards our team members and their families. A meaningful activity gives one satisfaction. That is recognised in the form of performance-linked salaries, while apprenticeships and further training opportunities for qualification and promotion additionally increase motivation. That is what TRIES offers its employees.

» Environmental protection
Environmental protection is a fixed component of our corporate philosophy. In the production of economic goods we consistently reduce the unavoidable effects on the environment in a continuous process. That is recognisable by our environmental management system, in which our successfully practiced quality management system according to DIN ISO 9001 has been integrated since 1997. It is oriented to DIN ISO 14001. Together, they both pursue the goal of continuously improving the environmental performance while at the same time allowing measures to increase quality. The certified management systems are constantly developed and optimised through checking and corrective measures.
Preventive environmental protection with a harmonious link to man, machine and nature - we regard that as our responsibility and our duty. We are convinced that quality orientation and environmental protection for our employees and products lead to success. Quality orientation and environmental protection are thus simultaneously a guarantee for the future of our company.
» Strict profit orientation & ecology are not contradictory
When engineers develop a product, this is still no guarantee of success. An important prerequisite for success is the ability to identify the customer's needs and problems. Product quality only results from orientation to the customer's wishes and requirements. The quality of the product includes not only a reliable function but also reliability of delivery and service.
At TRIES, environmentally compatible engineering begins in the heads of dedicated development engineers, who are used to regarding all concepts from the ecological aspect too. Hence, the building blocks go together one by one and the mosaic-like fragments become a perfect whole - spanning the entire chasm between profit orientation and ecology.
